iNTRPT exists to make one specific thing happen: men who would have stayed on their phones instead talk to a real person today.
not a match on an app. not a friend they already had. someone they hadn't planned to meet, who they ended up sharing thirty seconds, two minutes, or twenty minutes of life with.
built by one person. funded by users. not VCs.

i'm bello eze. i was born in nigeria. i moved to the U.S. in 2018, and for the first three years here, i barely talked to anyone.
not because people weren't around. america was full of people. i was just terrified of them. i had grown up in a country where you knew everyone in your neighborhood by name, and suddenly i was in a place where strangers walked past each other for hours without making eye contact. i thought that meant i wasn't supposed to talk to them. so i didn't.
i tried to start businesses. three of them. they all failed because they all required me to talk to people i didn't know yet, investors, customers, vendors. i'd write the entire business plan. build the website. design the brand. and then i'd freeze the moment i needed to pick up the phone or walk into someone's office.
the breakthrough came from the gym. i started training seriously, and for the first time i was building something visible, strength, presence, a body that other people noticed. one day a guy came up and asked about my routine. and i answered him. and we talked for ten minutes. and i walked home thinking: that's the thing i've been missing for years. a conversation with someone i didn't know.
so i started doing it on purpose. one approach a day. then five. then ten. some days fifty. i filmed them. the failures, the awkward ones, the ones that went well, the ones that turned into dates, the ones that turned into friendships. i posted them online. people watched. then people started asking me to teach them.
that became forgedEveryday, my coaching practice. for two years i've worked one-on-one with men who are exactly where i was. brilliant, ambitious, capable of building anything except a conversation with a stranger. i know that frame because it was mine.
coaching one person at a time works, but it doesn't scale. and every time i onboarded a new client i'd think: there has to be a way to start this work before you're ready to pay for coaching. a way to put the same forcing function, having to take action before you get to scroll, into an app.
there wasn't. so i built it.
iNTRPT is the app i wish existed when i was new in this country, alone, hiding from everyone. it doesn't replace coaching, friendship, therapy, or the work of showing up. it makes the first thing easier: making yourself do something you would not otherwise do.
if this is your moment, if you've been scrolling for years instead of living, i hope this app does for you what cold approach did for me.
i'm rooting for you.

every feature exists because it makes you do something, not track or think about it. iNTRPT isn't a journal or a dashboard. it's a forcing function that gets you out of your apartment.
shame doesn't fix avoidance. it feeds it. every line, every system is built to acknowledge that you're already trying. you don't need another voice telling you you're failing.
recovery from avoidance demands hard things done consistently. we build tools that develop discipline, not products that offer comfort. that's why missed days reset the streak.
no investors. no board. no ads. no data sales. when a tradeoff appears between making more money and serving the mission better, the mission wins. always.
iNTRPT is bootstrapped by design. when you take investor money to build a behavior-change product, you eventually answer to people whose priority is returns, not whether your users are actually getting their lives back.
i chose to build differently. iNTRPT is funded by founding members and subscribers. that's it. no VC. no board. no angel investors. every dollar of revenue goes back into building features, paying for infrastructure, and keeping the lights on. this means three things:
if you become a founding member, you're not buying access to an app. you're funding the existence of a company that doesn't have to compromise on anyone's behalf except yours.
that matters.
