Welcome to iNTRPT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bello Eze, a sole proprietor doing business as iNTRPT ("iNTRPT," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the iNTRPT mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old to use iNTRPT. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

iNTRPT is a mobile application designed to help you build social confidence by encouraging real-world, in-person interactions. The Service includes:
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including for users on paid tiers, with reasonable notice for material changes.
To use most features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Sign In with Apple. You agree to:
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.
iNTRPT is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. The plans currently available, including any introductory, founding-member, or promotional pricing, are displayed in the App Store listing and inside the app at the time of purchase.
Subscription pricing is shown to you before you purchase and may include limited-time or limited-availability rates. Once a limited rate is no longer available, standard pricing applies. We reserve the right to set and adjust pricing for future subscribers. The price you are charged is always the price displayed to you at the point of purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID. iNTRPT does not directly process or have access to your payment information. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (1 year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price for that tier.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals. Apple does not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, and neither do we, except as required by law.
All refund requests are handled by Apple, not by iNTRPT. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
Some subscription plans may include one (1) 1-on-1 coaching call. If your plan includes a coaching call, it must be scheduled within 90 days of subscription start and completed within 6 months. Coaching calls are not transferable and have no cash value if not redeemed. Scheduling instructions will be sent to your registered email address after subscription confirmation.
If we offer a free trial or promotional period, the terms will be presented at the time of the offer. Subscriptions purchased through a free trial automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will notify you of any price increases at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
If you reinstall iNTRPT or use it on a different device signed into your Apple ID, you can restore your purchases via the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.
When using iNTRPT, you agree NOT to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with no refund.
Gio is an AI-powered coaching tool. By using Gio, you acknowledge and agree that:
iNTRPT prompts you to engage in voluntary, real-world social interactions with people you do not know. These interactions occur entirely outside our app, in physical environments we do not control, with people we have no relationship with or knowledge of.
Real-world social interaction carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By using iNTRPT, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with real-world activities you choose to undertake based on iNTRPT's prompts, suggestions, or challenges.
iNTRPT has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the actions, behavior, or words of any person you encounter while using the Service. Any interaction you have with any other person is solely between you and that person.
We do not vet, screen, or verify the identity, intentions, or safety of strangers you may encounter. Use your own judgment.
All content provided by iNTRPT — including the app's design, features, branding, logos, copy, challenge prompts, Gio's system prompt, and any other materials we create — is owned by Bello Eze d/b/a iNTRPT or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of iNTRPT's content without our prior written permission.
Anything you submit to iNTRPT — including challenge reflections, notes, photos, Gio messages, and other inputs — remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
However, by submitting content to iNTRPT, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use that content solely as needed to operate the Service (e.g., displaying your reflections back to you, processing your messages with Gio).
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback freely and without compensation. We will not associate feedback with your identity publicly without your permission.
"iNTRPT," "forgedEveryday," and the iNTRPT logo are trademarks of Bello Eze. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
We do not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iNTRPT, Bello Eze, and anyone working on our behalf from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may stop using iNTRPT at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app option (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or email hello@intrptapp.com. To cancel a subscription, manage it through your iOS Settings as described in Section 4.5.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 — will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@intrptapp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
For users who downloaded iNTRPT from the Apple App Store:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iNTRPT regarding the Service. They supersede any prior agreements.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
